Site operation
NodalVista Media serves public editorial pages using WordPress. The hosting system processes ordinary request information needed to deliver pages and maintain server logs, which can include IP address, requested URL, time and browser information. This notice describes the implemented site; it does not claim a certification or universal legal compliance.
Contact form
If you submit the contact form, we store your name, email address, subject and message in a private administrator inbox. The form uses a request token, a hidden spam field and a short-lived rate-limit identifier derived from the request address and email. Messages are used to review and respond to the enquiry or correction. We do not publish them as comments.
The site schedules deletion of contact messages older than 180 days. Scheduled execution depends on WordPress processing being triggered. Email forwarding and automatic email replies are not configured. Administrators must check the private inbox.
Cookies and external links
Administration uses WordPress session and security cookies. Public preferences or site interactions may use first-party browser storage. Read the cookie notice for the deployed features. Product links take you to external providers, whose privacy practices apply on their own sites.
The launch site does not include a third-party analytics or advertising tag added by NodalVista, and does not load a newsletter delivery service. This statement describes the current implementation and should be updated if those features are introduced.
Requests and corrections
Contact the editorial desk about a submitted message or this notice. Provide enough information to identify the request without sending sensitive documents. We may need to verify a request before changing private information. The operator should review this notice when hosting, measurement or contact handling changes.
